Founded by merger of H-XA1667 - International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU), H-XA3490 - World Confederation of Labour (WCL) and other independent trade unions, during inaugural congress.
Aims
Promote and defend workers' rights and interests through international cooperation among trade unions, global campaigning and advocacy within the major global institutions.
