As of 1 Apr 2004, relocated to Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). No longer exists under listed title. Currently operates as 'Knowledge, Capacity and Innovation Division (KCID)' of E-XE6331 - International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
Undertake research on how knowledge can be created, accumulated, shared and used to carry out technological, institutional, organizational and policy innovations in food and agriculture; use research results and other information to conduct advocacy and capacity strengthening activities for effective functioning of institutions, informatization and human resources.
