Aims
Make people and the states they live in more secure through better security sector governance; contribute to improved security within a framework of democratic governance, the rule of law and human rights; assist partner states and international actors in improving governance of security sectors through inclusive and participatory reforms, based on international norms and good practices and in response to specific local contexts and challenges.
