Set up Sep 2013, as a mechanism for governance and oversight of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC), finalized Nov 2010. Articles of Association adopted Feb 2013. Registered in accordance with Swiss Civil Code.
Promote, govern and oversee implementation of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC); promote responsible provision of security services and respect for human rights and national and international law in accordance with the Code.
