Part of F-XF1000 - United Nations System.
Statutes entered into force 3 Feb 1994, when ICGEB became an autonomous intergovernmental organization.
The Agreement between UNIDO and ICGEB for the transfer of assets was signed 22 Dec 1995 by the two organizations.
Aims
Undertake research, development and training in molecular and cell biology for the benefit of developing countries; strengthen the research capability of members.
