1975, as a private company, government owned. Ceased to exist, 1 Jan 2011, when merged with U-XG9465 - Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung (InWEnt) and U-XN0566 - Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst (DED) to become G-XJ2537 - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
