1940, New York NY (USA). On 1 Jul 1999, the Charles E Culpepper Foundation of Stamford CT (USA) merged with RBF.
Aims
Promote social change globally, nationally and locally, that contributes to a more just, sustainable and peaceful world; support efforts to expand knowledge, clarify values and critical choices, nurture creative expression and shape public policy; develop leaders, strengthen institutions, engage citizens, build community and foster partnerships that include government, business and civil society through programmes.
