Founded on decision of the UITP Policy Board, 25 Nov 2005, Amman (Jordan). B-XB2765 - International Association of Public Transport acts as "Parent Organization"; sustained by 'Ferrovie Nord Minalo (FNM)', acting as Honorary Founding Member. Y4PT Foundation created on decision of UITP Policy Board, 24 Oct 2012, London (UK); officially launched 27 May 2013, Geneva (Switzerland).
