19 Oct 1963, Montevideo (Uruguay). Current Statutes adopted by Extraordinary General Assembly, 9 Jun 1981, Caracas (Venezuela). Ceased to exist - replaced by D-XD3590 - Federación Panamericana de Lecheria (FEPALE), set up 28 Nov 1991, Montevideo.

Aims

Contribute to industrial and commercial integration and development of Latin America; promote growth in the exports of Latin American foodstuffs to countries of the region and overseas; advance commercial and technological exchanges and relations among Latin American industries; further the interests of Latin American foodstuffs industry both inside and outside the region.
