Previously also referred to as National Information Networks and Systems for Development in Latin America and the Caribbean -- Systèmes nationaux d'information pour le développement en Amérique latine et dans les Caraïbes. Current title adopted 14 Jun 2001, Port-of-Spain (Trinidad-Tobago). Ceased to exist, 2008.
