Aims
Increase chances of survival and wellbeing of the most vulnerable children; pay attention to children's distress wherever they are, to the limit of available human, technical and financial resources; combat processes endangering children's physical and moral integrity; help rehabilitate the poorest children, where possible associating their families or communities of origin; make society aware of children's distress.
