In the belief that individuals and groups require an awareness of their culture for a balanced and harmonious life: make public authorities and the population in general aware of the absolute necessity to preserve and promote the rich and diverse heritage of traditional, rural and urban domestic architecture; register, preserve and disseminate information on traditional or vernacular architecture, the built heritage, and strive to integrate it into the rural and urban contemporary world.
