Strengthen the capacity of less-advantaged country missions in Geneva (Switzerland) to lead a more effective trade diplomacy; assist the less-advantaged countries (LACs) to benefit from the multilateral trading system through a more active participation in the activities and negotiations of the WTO and other trade-related international organizations; provide trade-related technical assistance to the less-advantages countries (LACs) and countries without permanent representation in Geneva, ie the Non-resident countries.
