Union of International Associations releases 66th International Meetings Statistics ReportThe Report provides a global view of international association meetings.
The Union of International Associations (UIA) is excited to announce a new, customizable service designed to meet the unique needs and interests of professionals, institutions, and organizations around the world. With this paying service, users can name any city or country, and UIA will provide a comprehensive report on international association activity specific to that location.
The meetings organized by international associations are many and varied, from world-wide congresses to regional assemblies. The situation is gradually becoming clearer after the impact of the pandemic and the cancellations forced on the sector, but conditions have yet to return to the levels of 2019. The advent and spread of virtual and hybrid formats may make permanent changes to the way conferences are run.

The virtual TSCW conference 2021 in Tampere, Finland brought together over 1700 participants and 200 speakers from 66 countries. The conference covered themes from mobility to healthcare and security to sustainability.

With an anticipated attendance of 150 delegates, the on-line event attracted an impressive 680 registered participants.
