Aims
Create a forum to promote discussion and exchange of ideas between European Operating Nurses and operating assistants; promote and maintain a high standard of nursing of patients within the operating area by operating nurses and their colleagues; define and defend the ethics of operation nursing; promote research applications for operation nursing; recognize the level of education and professional recognition of operation nursing throughout Europe; collaborate with other professional bodies with similar objectives.
