Promote the unity of the Jewish people and the centrality of Israel in Jewish life; gather the Jewish people in their homeland; strengthen the State of Israel; preserve spiritual identity of the Jewish people through the fostering of Jewish Zionist and Hebrew education and of Jewish spiritual and cultural values; protect Jewish rights everywhere.
