1981, Fort de France (Martinique), under the auspices of U-XC0156 - Association des universités partiellement ou entièrement de langue française (AUPELF). Statutes modified: 17-18 May 1984; 31 Oct 1984; 29 Jan 1985; 26 Jan 1988; 27 Jan 1988; 12 Mar 1997. Registered in accordance with French law.
Aims
Promote, by means of the French language, the development of international relations and of international exchanges in the Caribbean in the Americas.
