Original title: Mediterranean Women's Forum -- Forum des femmes de la méditerranée (FFM) -- Fórum de las Mujeres del Mediterraneo -- Forum delle Donne del Mediterraneo. Transferred in 1997 to Turin (Italy). Original focus was on the Mediterranean; remit expanded in 1997 to include the Balkans.
Further cooperation and interchange of experiences between women of Mediterranean countries in order to propose and carry out sustainable solutions for effective improvement of women's condition throughout the Mediterranean and globally.
