Establish regular contacts between political parties in all European countries who are inspired by the principle of Christian democracy, with a view to studying, in the light of those principles, national and international problems; compare experiences and programmes; propose common solutions; seek to realize international harmony in practical achievements within the framework of democracy, social and political peace, political cooperation and mutual assistance.
