Enforce: cooperation with low-income women, groups of women as well as organizations of women in urban and rural regions; the education and training of women; equality of men and women; disseminate information about the causes of poverty and injustice; spread information aimed at helping to establish and deepen the understanding about the situation of women in order to enhance their responsibility.
