Promote international exchange of information and experience on innovations in science and technology education with reference to primary and secondary schools and related teacher training, out-of-school scientific activities for young people and popularization of science - including teaching the basic science disciplines of physics, chemistry, biology together with mathematics, integrated science and technology education, nutrition and health education; stimulate cooperation among members and with other regional and international governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
