Aims
Strengthen international stability and security; facilitate disarmament, mutual understanding, partnership and cooperation at nongovernmental and intergovernmental levels in Euro-Atlantic and Euro-Asian regions; promote the Helsinki (Finland) process and influence governments and government institutions to this effect; promote economic, scientific, technological and ecological cooperation at various levels; promote international cooperation on minorities in Europe.
