Previously also referred to in Spanish as Federación Internacional de Archivos de Imagenes en Movimiento. Registered in accordance with Belgian law, 18 Nov 1976.
Rescue, collect, preserve and screen moving images, which are valued both as works of art and culture and as historical documents.
