Exchange ideas and information on practical projects to encourage development of good practice examples that can be replicated in European Community member states; influence the European Commission to develop policies sensitive to needs of homeless young people and ensure integration of all young people into the European society of the future; facilitate exchange of workers and young people to encourage development of practical projects and European wide policies.
