Established following resolution, 8-12 Dec 1949, Lausanne (Switzerland), of 'European Cultural Conference', organized by 'Research Office for a European Cultural Centre', until 2001 D-XD0703 - European Centre for Culture (ECC). After an experimental session in 1949, programmes were fully launched in 1950. The first institute of European postgraduate studies.
Educate university graduates in a way which enables them to function efficiently as leaders in today's European and international affairs environments, in both public and private sectors.
