Develop an international cooperative network among organizations dealing with social housing for sharing of know-how and links; defend principles and the application of the right to housing in order to allow access to suitable housing and accessible price for people and families with modest incomes; take an active part in the blossoming of the francophonie in the world; help to break professional or linguistic isolation; act as a place of exchanges and reflection; facilitate twinning among members and promote joint activities.
