Established to group states of F-XF0671 - African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP Group) in the Caribbean region under the terms of the T-XT8967 - Fourth ACP-EEC Convention (Lomé IV).
Programme and coordinate the allocation and monitoring of available European Development Fund resources for the purpose of financial regional projects in the Caribbean region, which fall within the framework of the Lomé (Togo) IV Convention and the Cotonou (Benin) Agreement.
