Promote an independent and internationalistic policy of democratic socialism; solve the Jewish question neither by assimilation nor by Zionism but by elimination of anti-Semitism and by equality and self-determination of Jews themselves, which includes the right for their free, autonomous national-cultural development within every country where Jews live, for the Yiddish language and its continuity, and for a secular Jewish culture.
