Founded 1 Nov 1986, by Dr Catherine Bernard and collaborators from different parts of the world committeed to the the well being of families. Inaugurated at the First World Congress 'Family and Culture", 1986. Original title: Service and Research Foundation of Asia on Family and Culture (SERFAC). Current title adopted Mar 2010. Registered in accordance with Indian law.
