Constitution amended: 1985, Castelo de Vide (Portugal); 1988, Vienna (Austria); 1991, Borzée (Belgium); 1995, Oslo (Norway); 1998, Nivelles (Belgium); 2001, Malmö (Sweden); 2004, Nuremberg (Germany); 2007, Vienna (Austria); 2010, Prague (Czech Rep); 2013, Manchester (UK); 2016, Thalmässing (Germany); 2019, Tbilisi (Georgia).
