The UIA Survey on International Meeting Issues canvasses international associations representing civic, charitable, commercial or industrial interests around the world on their behaviour and opinions pertaining to their meetings and conference organization. It was first held in 1985, and most recently in 2018.
Of special note: some of the responses were received during Q1 of 2020, including before any impact of Covid-19 was evident. In light of this and the ongoing issues caused by the pandemic response, we will survey the associations again in 2021.
