History
Conceptualized, 1998, in the framework of German presidency of F-XF2147 - European Union (EU). Secretariat set up at Munsbach (Luxembourg), 2004.
Aims
Organize high quality student exchange aimed at: providing students with the opportunity to go abroad for full academic years; providing incentives to learn the language of their host country; providing additional recognition for their mobility period through the CE-Degree; allowing students to combine studying and working abroad.
