2004, following recommendations from the Afro-Arab Youth Festival, Sudan.
Determine values of collaboration and solidarity; strengthen awareness of youth issues; support youth activities in voluntary work, science, arts and sports and encourage and protect youth initiatives in the field; cooperate with national and international organizations; increase cooperation of girls in Arab and African countries in decision-making.
