Founded as a functional organization of H-XD0620 - European Union of Christian Democrats (EUCD), within the framework of F-XE8849 - Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Currently parliamentary group of F-XF6414 - European People's Party (EPP). Original title: Christian Democrat Group /in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe/ -- Groupe parlementaire démocrate-chrétien /du Conseil de l'Europe/ -- Grupo Parlamentario Demócrata Cristiano /del Consejo de Europa/ -- EVP-Fraktion/Europarat. As a political group, represent Christian Democratic and EPP views in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
