Aims

Ensure access and full participation in education for all children and young people with visual impairment by 2015; promote and assist in building of local capacity to develop curricula; provide training and identify and provide equipment and materials for children and young people with visual impairments and for their parents, teachers and others in their communities; collaborate with and make use of networks to ensure that substantially more children and young people with visual impairment receive quality and comprehensive education; disseminate information.
