Strengthen contacts and dialogue among Arab parliaments and Arab parliamentarians in order to coordinate Arab parliamentary activities, uniting them all in common action on various fields and exchanging legislative experience; coordinate the activities of Arab parliaments in various international forums, organizations and other fields, particularly within the framework of Inter-Parliamentary Union for those Arab parliaments who are members of it; promote discussion of common Arab causes; enhance democratic concepts and values in Arab countries; coordinate and unify legislation in Arab states; consolidate cooperation among the peoples of the world in the struggle for peace based on justice.
