Aims
Promote development of representative management as a means of social protection; offer to institutions of social protection and social partners the possibility of exchanges on negotiation and management of social funds set up by collective agreements beyond national reference systems; promote equal partnership as of employers' and employees' representatives as a way of optimizing the social coverage of workers who are increasingly concerned with mobility.
