Aims
Promote cooperation and mutual understanding, and establish machinery for the systematic exchange of information among members; undertake, stimulate or facilitate studies on problems of common interest to members; indicate to members in good time the possibilities and opportunities for participating in various projects and programmes contributed to by development financing institutions.
