History
1971. Registered in accordance with Belgian law. Ceased to exist independentely when fully integrated into D-XC2400 - CIRFS - European Man-made Fibres Association, 2017, as a Polyolefins Group.
Aims
Promote the use of polyolefins for textiles applications; establish communications throughout Europe on textile polyolefins; investigate issues, which may affect the textile polyolefins industry and take appropriate initiatives; develop and promote the interests of the industry and highlight key issues such as fire resistance in finished products, toxicology, ecological matters, recycling issues, legal and regulating issues in the European market.
