Promote the respect of the freedom of conscience, the principle of free-thought and the democratic ideal; promote the creation, development and progress of institutions and educational activities, continuing education and culture which share a common ideal.
General Assembly (every year). Administrative Council, consisting of 2 representatives from each national delegation. Board, consisting of President, Secretary General and Treasurer.
