Original title: Association of Cities for Recycling (ACR) – Association des villes pour le recyclage (AVR) – Asociación de Ciudades para el Reciclaje – Städteverband für Recycling – Associação das Cidades Para a Reciclagem – Associazione di Città per il Riciclaggio – Vereniging van Steden voor Recyclage. Subtitle: Network for the Exchange of Information between Cities and Urban Communities on Selective Waste Collection. Previously also known as Association of Cities for Recycling (ACR) – Association des villes et régions pour le recyclage – Asociación de Ciudades y Regiones para el Reciclaje – Associação das Cidades e Regiões Para a Reciclagem – Associazione di Città e Regioni per il Riciclaggio – Vereniging van Steden en Regio's voor Recyclage. Promote sustainable consumption of resources and management of waste in cities and urban communities through prevention at source, reuse and recycling, especially: technical data on waste management options; means of communication, education and sensitization; legal, economic or voluntary instruments.
