The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

Set up within the framework of D-XD4238 - Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM). Ceased to exist 2013.
Aims
Create a forum at which representatives of the 5 Nordic countries have an opportunity to submit their own solutions for assessment by their Nordic colleagues; provide a Nordic dimension to educational planning in the Nordic countries.
