3 Oct 1973, Malema, as a customs union between the Governments of Liberia and Sierra Leone, an arrangement in which all the other States in the Western African Sub-Region may participate. Protocols to the Declaration signed 1974, Bo (Liberia).
Expand trade; encourage productive capacity; progressively develop a common policy and cooperation as regards harmonization of tariffs and regulations related to customs, qualifications and postal services; promote joint development projects; secure a fair distribution of the benefits from economic cooperation.
