Subsequently extended to allow full participation of organized civil society of the region in: the Special Session for Children; follow up of commitments undertaken in the resulting document; guaranteeing full validity of children and adolescents' rights within the framework of T-XT9010 - United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).
