Young Workers' Exchange Programme (Youth for Europe Programme)
16 Jun 1988, by E-XE2442 - European Commission (EC), as a Community action programme. Comes within the U-XF1695 - Task Force for Human Resources, Education, Training and Youth of the European Commission (TF-HRETY). Operated by national agencies established in each of the Member States. Integrated, Jan 1992, with second phase of U-XF1087 - PETRA. With demise of PETRA, no longer exists.
Promote the exchange and mobility of young people in the European Community, by providing support for youth projects involving exchange and mobility and study visits and professional development for youth workers.
