Founded on the initiatve of Raúl Domingo Motta, by a team of professionals and students, as a series of informal meetings.
Aims
Expedite channelling of resources originating in international cooperation; carry out activities related to the planetarization process; design the profile, strengthen and train facilitators for construction of informal social networks oriented towards informational perception, social auditing, auto diagnosis and management of community projects; follow-up, analyse, research and publish subjects linked to global change, environmental problems and the international agenda; investigate and train in techniques and prospective study, public and private management policies.
