Cooperation between financial institutions, creation of an Atlantic finance service, development of Arc atlantique développement. Technical and training exchanges between regions, development of ATLANTICA common training modules, training course for middle management in the shipping trade. Networking of marine biology skills. Identifying means to bring shellfish farms on the Atlantic coast up to European standards.
