Contribute to: reconstruction of identified African nations through development education, training and research; lasting peace and stability in specified African states; societies and institutions which respect and uphold human rights and civil liberties; setting up small and micro industries through skills training and income generation; food production; short-term emergency humanitarian services for individuals most at risk.
