Co-founders: Ukrainian Psychiatric Association; F-XD0004 - Human Rights in Mental Health (FGIP); C-XD2692 - International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT). Also referred to as Kiev Rehabilitation Centre for Victime of Totalitarian Regimes and Civil War. Commenced activities 1995. Expected to expand to train professionals from other republics of the former Soviet Union. No longer active.
Assist rehabilitation of torture victims, of other former political prisoners and political inmates of camps and psychiatric hospitals and of refugees who fell victim to military conflict or civil war within the boundaries of the former Soviet Union, initially those of Ukrainian nationality or living within Ukrainian borders.
