An autonomous national development institution of the Government of Abu Dhabi and a bilateral aid institution of C-XC3038 - Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
Assist developing countries in the development of their economies by extending project loans, technical assistance grants and equity participation.
